Well, to say it is fraudulent product, may or may not be correct, looking at this website, the testimonial from his customers seems to be authentic. Again, it seems.... still not sure how real the testimonials are. But that is beside the point.  
 
In any product, there will be some satisfied customers and there will be some not so satisfied customers. But these not so happy customers should have been made happy 'ex-customers' with the money back guarantee statement that the owner happily put on his website... That is what WILL make the site loses it credibility.  
 
And that is what makes me so upset and disappointed...
