A few weeks ago I finally manage my first sale on eBay. I sold one of my domains EroticAndWet.com. While I did not make money from this first sales, I thought that it was an interesting experiences.
Putting something up for sales and then complete the sales after receiving payment.
I am so drawn into trying to make money from eBay but I think I will put that in the back seat. I have already committed myself in so many things that I have not only stretch myself thin but also my capital.
Have to start focusing.... Slowly but surely try to recoup my capital from domaining. So next stop.... my second ebay sales...
Over the past few days I have been going crazy. Well, in a fun sort of way with this new piece of software I bought. After trying it out with one of my domain SportSoccers.com, I manage to develop three more video sites.
This software is call Niche Video Site Builder...
It is about pulling in all the videos related to a specific keyword from You Tube. Pretty neat... It is also pretty easy to set up and install. The only thing is that it is a bit expensive though.. $147
But I guess it is worth it. The only thing now is to get it indexed, get traffic and see if I am able to optimize it and modify it to look better...

It did not really hit me about the potential or the domain industry until I bought and read 3 good ebooks. While you can get a lot of information on the internet about being a domainer, these three guide will help you get started very quickly…
Since I started last month till today, I have about 98 domains.
Acquiring these domains is just the first part. The next part is to either add value to the domain by developing it and drive traffic to it, or sell the domain name outright.
That is the most tricky part….
Now that I have pass the first part, it’s time to start with the second phase….
Over the pass few weeks, I have been busy reading and learning about what it takes to be a domainer. Domainer is like property investor only you trade and deal virtual real estate.
I have always thought about the cyberspace as a great property market. And I never thought that it would be so exciting.
Virtual Real Estate could be a great High Yield Investment in itself.
Buying at registration fee of $10 bucks and probably sell it for $20. That is about 100% return…. Better than $10 bucks in HYIP isn’t it?
But as glamorous as it sounds it does take some learning to be a domainer. Same for everything we dive into ain’t it?
Now of course it is small, but cyberspace is so big and I believe one can make some good return if he buys 50 domains at $500 and hope to sell all of it for $1000 that would be $100% return!
Hope… is the keyword here. The art of making money in the domain industry is the same as any other industry… learn and create.
