Sighh.... lost self control today and had to stop and record my challenge today. It all happened when I hit my first stop out which was when I hit the table limit of $5
 Next bet was $6.40. Table limit is $5.00
At that time I was already down $93.20, which was not bad. But I had to take another spin just to see if it would hit the 1st dozen..

My god!! It did!!!
It was hell from then on.... My emotions was volatile at the moment so I took a break to calm myself down. Yeah I know I was playing $0.10.... but I needed to complete this challenge and hope that at the end of the day I would be in profit.
Man!! Was my mind everywhere today. It was clearly not a good sign to continue today but I did. I continued a 3 more session with small and what I would considered a good win. Emotion caught up with me on the 4 session after the break... I was already at my stop level for the session at $87.00 but still continued the line bet which took me right down to $80.50.
It was then that it hit me to stop. Boom.... $15 bucks just like that....
It is so important to have disciplined especially if I'm going to do a challenge like this..... Took a one more session to take me back $81.70 even that I did some miscalculated bets....
Sigh.... it was clearly a good sign to stop. I was so down I did not take a screenshot of my worst play.
Anyway, in summary

I must continue to keep in mind that I need to preserve my bankroll to play another day when I am down.
So two new rules to follow.
Stop for the day when either of these conditions are met:
1) Maximum bet on the table is reached
2) Stop level is reached
3) Software says 'Quit Now'
