From my last post with regards to World Best Roulette System, I was seeking a refund from this guy. Here is what transpired in the email between the owner Michael and me below.
I know it was quite sometime ago, but I did not expect a lot of people has been coming to my site to review the roulette systems that I have tried and tested and since there were questions on what happened, I felt that it was about time I update this report....

Anyhow, the last email which I have sent out was on the 19 July 2007
For those who are not bothered to read the whole email between me and Micheal, here is the summary.
So this is his explanation on why THIS SOFTWARE IS GIVING ME THE RESULT AS PER MY SCREENSHOT I had followed his instruction on how to request a refund and he did say it was a gurantee.
"The problem is that players hurt unwillingly the results of the system. As
you probably know sending wrong numbers to the server is even worse than not
sending at all. Firstly they check if the system works, so they just enter
some wrong numbers to see what will happen if the numbers are not from the
casino. From this reason, a few days ago, I removed the option to collect
the numbers that are entered manually and now the server only accepts the
numbers played using the Automatic Playing Tool. This will reduce
dramatically the amount of numbers and of course will cause a temporary down
of the system's winning rate. I told about this to all my old customers and
I think everything will go OK again.
As I wrote on my website, the system is not 100% sure to win, because the
Artificial Neural Network does not give a result to a specific sequence of
numbers but only based on the flow of numbers, that's why everything is
relative. In most of the days, the system has a very good winning rate,
while in the others (because of the low flow of numbers) it can have a poor
winning rate. To revive the system, it can take from a few days up to a few
weeks."
After some no response from him, I downloaded his ebook 'Insider Secret' to find out what how does his software works to ensure that it was I was using the the software correctly. After that, this was the response that I got from him
"Sorry, but you are not eligible for a Refund. I checked and saw that you
downloaded the Insider Secrets e-book.
Before downloading this e-book there were the following terms:
"Read carefully the terms of this e-book:
1. You agree not to publish, post, promote or otherwise transmit any
portions of the information from this e-book. You also agree that if you are
caught publishing any ideas or information on forums, chat rooms you will be
banned from the World Best Roulette System network without receiving money
back.
2. By downloading this e-book you should be a full member, thus you will not
be eligible for the money back guarantee."
Don't know why he did not response to my previous questions but.... after I downloaded his ebook... BOOM!
This is the reply.....
Bloody hell!!... Fair enough... My guarantee was made ineligible because of the agreement.
So if you are testing this software out... and want your gurantee in tact... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT download this INSIDER REPORT...
While I was really tempted to post his so call 'INSIDER REPORT' (What can I say I was really really pissed off) I do not think I should be a hypocrite. So I will honour this agreement. Even though he 'ripped me off' (Ok... again me being anger here)
Whatever it is, I hope that my review and update response will give you a better idea about this software and use your own discretion....

I don't know if your system will record the date of the download. But I downloaded that book the day after your first reply when I seek my first request for the refund. In you reply as below you never state whether I was eligible or not.
I have done exactly as stated in the book but I made a lost 4 out of 4 times. At that time I have already seek a refund and have not downloaded the book.
When you replied I try to understand how your system works and see if I had don't anything wrong like whether I need to turn of the firewall if your system requies to communicate with an independent server. Thus for my questions below which you did not take the time to assist me. I try to continue to understand how it works but still it is a bit blur to me.
Maybe you should point the last two paragraph in your reply to me in your quick start guide.
Anyway, the lack of understanding was the reason I downloaded the book on insider system.
But it is ok, if you do not want to refund my money. And yes, it is my bad to have downloaded the book and take the risk of no refund. Lesson learned.
I don't think I will be using your system anyway.
I would however be posting in my website your system has failed me over and over again. And there are anyone who is lucky enough to come to my site to find out more about your system and let them make their own judgement if your system will works or not.
Don't worry as per the agreement, I won't post or publish the insider book or any part of it. I won't also use the word scam but will notify those who are looking to buy your system to not download the insider book if they want to have their money back gurantee in tack. Also a point that you should put this in your quick start guide with regards to these terms.

Without checking this box there is no way to download this e-book.
As I explained in the previous email the system does not give a result to a
specific sequence of numbers, but only based on the flow of numbers. If it
gets wrong numbers, then the winning rate decreases. To revive the system,
it can take from a few days up to a few weeks.
I have old members and they know what this means. They are playing at other
casinos too, that's why they can afford losing some money as they are
winning at other casinos. Now their goal is to gather many correct numbers
for this casino so they could start playing here too. So you don't need to
play and lose your money. You just need to wait and check sometimes whether
the system is in good stage or not. You can check the system with free spins
using the Manual Play Tool, whether it is in good stage or not and so you
won't lose any money.

Good day Michael,
This time I would like to request a refund. I have tested it out following
the steps diligently. I doubt that I could go any wrong inputting the number
correctly. The numbers are correctly and manually input, I check it time and
time again. This would be my record of 5 loses in 5 session.
I no longer have any faith in this system, and I do not think I will try
again. I have almost 5500 unused spins. Just imagine, out of 500 spins I
lost EUR200. Unbelievable, I do not even have a 50% win ratio.
Attached you will find my screenshot clear and precise. Started with 25.00
and lost 4 times. And stopped at 11.00. I could not even make 100% of my
deposit. On top of that, I do not think that I am that unlucky to lost 5 out

Thus, I believe I have sufficent proof that this software or system does not
work for me. I really hope that you will honour what you state in your ebbok

Thank you very much Michael for your reply. Due to your non-responsiveness,
I nearly wanted to post your software to the world to test it out.
A few questions, hope you will have the time to answer my queries.
1. Why only 6000 spins? After that, what happenes?
2. Why is your second software for the second casino so expensive?
3. I will try it again. I have already lost on 4 occasions using your system
and lost on all 4 occasions. I will try it out again for another two more
times. If it does not work for me, would my request for refund be honoured
as stated in your ebook?

Please use the Manual Play Tool to check the system with free spins, whether
it is in good stage or not. Just press the "Clear Bets" button each time
before pressing the "Spin" button.
After a while, you will feel comfortable with all these changes. Until then,
you have 6,000 spins to spend, so you can check the system with free spins
for a while.

Sighh....
Just after a few hours of writing to you. I have finally agree that your
system does not work for me. It's either I am experiencing a string of bad
luck or bet368 has cracked your system, or your system just does not work
for me.
Thus, with the next screenshot I believe it is proof enough that I can

of dissapointment I forgotten to save that lost and history. Thus, I don't
know if you will except the last screenshot. Your system says plays the last
number twice. And if you see from the history. It hit 9 both times.
Anyway, I believe on my previous mail, is proof enough that your system does
not work for me.

Good day I have just bought your World Best Roulette System and am trying to
download the insider secret and so far have not been met with success.
Attached you will find the screenshot of my gameplay.

I started out with playing Automatic Roulette Game. As you can see, I have
lost 3 bets in a row. I could not get the history out. Anyway, giving the
system the benefit of the doubt as I could not be so unlucky right to be in
the 1.4% chance that the casino is against me.
So I tried the Manual Roulette Game, screenshot 01, 02, 03 are my losses. On
the same game.
Screenshot04 is my gaming history.
I am not asking for a refund at the moment. And now I'm trying out Live
Roulette Game to see how good your system is working. And will let you know
soon.
Actually before the loses, my main reason for writing was that I could not
download Insider Secret. I even have tired disabling my firewall but I still
could not download that book.
Is there any possibility of forwarding it to me? Or provide me with a link
where I can download this book? My batch number purchase xxxxxxxxx
